Four Paws and A Wedding Terms & Conditions
Services Provided

Four Paws and A Wedding agrees to provide pet chaperone services for your wedding as outlined in the service agreement.

Services include, but are not limited to, pet transportation, supervision, feeding, and ensuring pets' comfort and safety during the event.
Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to the event.

Payments can be made via bank transfer.
Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 14 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

Four Paws and a Wedding reserves the right to cancel services at any time due to emergencies or safety concerns. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary pet supplies, including food, water, leads, and any specific items required for pet care.

Clients must inform Four Paws and A Wedding of any special needs, allergies, or medical conditions of the pets.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that pets are up-to-date on vaccinations and are in good health.
Pet Behaviour and Safety

Four Paws and A Wedding reserves the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a safety risk or exhibits aggressive behaviour.

Pets must be trained and socialised to handle being around people and other animals in a wedding setting.

Four Paws and A Wedding is not liable for any injuries or damages caused by the pet during the event.
Liability and Insurance

Four Paws and A Wedding carries liability insurance for the duration of the service period.

Clients are responsible for any damages caused by their pets to property or individuals during the event.

Four Paws and A Wedding is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur to the pet during the service period, provided that reasonable care and precautions have been taken.
Emergency Procedures

In the event of an emergency, Four Paws and A Wedding will make every effort to contact the client or the designated emergency contact.

If immediate medical attention is required, Four Paws and A Wedding will transport the pet to the nearest veterinary clinic. Any veterinary fees incurred will be the responsibility of the client.
Photo and Video Release

Four Paws and A Wedding reserves the right to take photographs and videos of the pets during the event for promotional purposes.

Clients may opt-out of this by providing written notice prior to the event.
Confidentiality

Four Paws and A Wedding will keep all client information confidential and will not share it with third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.
